I received a tax bill from my city stating that municipal income tax rules require tax to be paid on deferred income like 401k and Keogh plans at the time of deferral. Is this true, and can they tax my 401k before I use it?

For some reason, my address is wrong by 1 number. My neighbors keep getting my mail, but only mail from the IRS. Where are you currently located? Do you have any dependents? What is your typical filing status? Do you know roughly what you made this year? Is there anything else the Accountant should know before I connect you? My wife and I are 50-50 owners of a multi-member LLC. My wife has been purchasing basic 'tools and supplies' out of her personal account and wants to be reimbursed for these expenses. How do we do this? Can an owner file an expense report to be reimbursed directly?
