I recently moved from Florida to Tennessee and used AARP to file my taxes in Florida. I am 95 years old, can't drive, and have a simple tax situation. I have no property or assets in either state and live in an apartment with mobility and care assistance. I have a financial planner who manages my finances. How can I get help filing my taxes in Tennessee?

Can you consolidate activity from multiple multi-member LLCs (taxed as partnerships) if they are all owned by the same people and same ownership percentage? Or do you need a holding company to own them all?

We live in Arizona and got married on 11/27/2022. We had separate households before that time. In filing the 1095-B, it says we owe $6723 back for 'allotment' paid to my now husband. There is nowhere to state we only lived together for 33 days. Do we have any dependents? No, neither of us do. What were our incomes this year? Myself: $88,000, my husband: about $28,000. Is there anything else the Accountant should know before I connect you?
