Is this a safe IRS income tax site? I am 60 years old, located in North Zulch, Texas, with no dependents. I made over $20,000 from unemployment and paid taxes on it, but I haven't received the second stimulus check. Can I file my taxes here, or is this not the IRS site to file taxes for free?

I own an LLC that holds baseball tournaments in TX. Most of the proceeds from a tournament I hold in Denton are returned to Denton, a non-profit organization. They provided a W9 with their tax information. Do I need to file a 1099 Misc to this organization, and if not, how do I show the deduction for the payment made to them?

I own a semi-truck dealership and have a customer who financed a truck with a bank and owes my dealership $7K. The customer signed a repayment contract but has only made one payment. We won in small claims court, but the customer is now filing for bankruptcy. The truck is not claimed in the bankruptcy and the customer is still current with the lender. Is there anything I can do to ensure I get the money owed? Can I place a lien on the truck?
