I started my own business in January 2020 but had to close it in March 2020 due to the pandemic. I continued working my part-time job, which I am still doing. I want to file for unemployment for my business, but I am not eligible for my part-time job since I was moved to teletherapy. If I quit my part-time job, will that allow me to file a claim? Do I need to pay a penalty for early retirement, or has the pandemic eliminated that regulation?
