As a sole proprietor with a franchise listed on the SBA Franchise Directory, I have one 1099 employee and pay office lease and employee compensation from my business account. My income has dropped significantly due to COVID-19. I have not filed my 2019 taxes yet and am unsure if I qualify for the second PPP loan.
