I e-filed my 2021 tax return, then noticed a mistake and e-filed an amended 1040x return. I now have the IRS sending me to collections for non-payment. How can I get the IRS to see my amended return and stop the collections? Additionally, I have never received any economic impact payments. How can I address this issue?
