I was supposed to receive a tax ID number but did not, and this is the second year this has happened. My identity was stolen a few years ago. I tried online but my cell phone is in my daughter's name, so that didn't work. I received a letter from the IRS asking if I accessed the online services, which says I need a username and password, which I evidently don't have. How long have you been unemployed? What's your primary source of income at this time? Have you filed a claim yet?

I never received my April 2020 stimulus check. It was sent to a different person in Kentucky instead of my address in California. I have an email from Republic Bank stating they received my check and would mail it to me, but I never received it. My bank, FPCU, also doesn't show I received the second stimulus. How can I resolve this issue and receive my stimulus payments?

I am a retired railroad employee, and my wife has social security income sent to railroad retirement. Her forms do not indicate any withholding for Medicare, but she does have Medicare. We are located in Independence, MO. I am 82 years old, and my wife is 79. Our gross income this year is $66,000. Who pays her Medicare, and is there anything else we need to know?
