I was supposed to receive an Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) but have not gotten one yet. I gave out my Social Security Number in error and contacted the appropriate protection services, who told me I'd get an IP PIN. Where can I request an IP PIN and what should I do if I don't receive it in time to file my taxes?

I produce a live Sports Talk Show on YouTube in partnership with another person. We've been discussing forming an LLC as a partnership to protect ourselves and to run online auctions for high-profile retired athletes' autographed items, with all proceeds going to charities. Is an LLC taxed as a Partnership the best entity for this, and would the auction proceeds need to be recorded as income if they are given to a qualified 501(c)(3) charity?
