We were not married for ten years or more during my military service, so DFAS will not act on a court order dividing my retirement pay. I am unable to access my TaxAct account to file my 2018 taxes. When I try to sign in, it says my password is incorrect, and I cannot reset it because it claims I did not live on Ave 49. My account is also locked due to this issue. How can I resolve this problem and print my tax forms, or get a refund from TaxAct so I can switch to TurboTax?
