I work for myself as a sole proprietor of an LLC. Do I need to file a W2 if I wish to file an employer Solo 401K contribution, or can I simply make the employer contribution and file a Schedule C?

Hello Robin, I am using the H&R Block software for capital gains with stocks. My income is under $50,000, and my capital gains for stocks is $16,000, which is a total under $50,000. I am getting tags for my capital gains which should be zero taxes for the tax bracket. Please advise.

My check didn't go to my bank account because the one you had got hacked, so I had to close it and open another one. Do you need the new account details? The check in question is the last one for $1400.
