I did not receive the first stimulus payment last April. It was sent to another routing number (8867), and a second payment of $600 was sent to my correct number (4314) but was mistakenly sent to a different account (2972). Now, I am told I have to send a 1040 form, but my Direct Express card from the Treasury does not have a routing number. How can I get the first stimulus payment?
