I received a 1099 for my Amazon book sales for last year. Shortly after I started selling my book, I formed an LLC (but I am the only member). Amazon didn’t send me the 1099 with the LLC listed, just my legal name. Can I still file it as-is or does it have to reflect the business? I believe I can still file with my personal taxes since it is a one member LLC right? Also, am I able to write off my internet if I use it a lot for my book designing and writing, considering I have another job where I work from home as well?

Last year, the IRS took $2,100 for 2016 unpaid taxes that were not paid by my ex-husband because we filed for joint taxes at the time. He does not want to pay me at least half. The IRS took the money from my account because he didn't have any money, but I did. Can I file a claim to get either the full or half of the amount from him?
