My wife accepted a Poursuite meant for my son. She thought the Poursuite was meant for me. I explained this to the office of Poursuite but they refuse to recognize this mistake. What measures can I take to freeze the process for saisie and force the reissue of the Poursuite? The Poursuite is a tax demand for estimated earnings in 2020. My son did not work in 2020 and had no earnings. My son also received Poursuites for tax for 2021 and 2022, which were properly served and opposed by my son. This was opposed because he was not working for this period also. When the 2020 Poursuite was served, my wife was under treatment and heavily sedated for pain control which kept her permanently unable to function properly and deal with matters.

I filled up an amendment to remove myself 100% from an LLC and added a new member 100%. The amendment has been filed with the state of Florida, but Sunbiz has not updated their records yet. The new member applied for an ITIN number as he does not have a social security number. Should I inform the IRS about these changes, and if so, how can I do it?
