I have not received an income statement from SSI for 2020. My TIN is 68-80201061. I am 82 years old and was born on 07/08/1938. I also received a FORM 1099-G CMB No. 15450120 2020 for $300.00 refund for tax year 2019. How can I obtain my missing SSI income statement for 2020?

I completed my tax forms on TurboTax using step-by-step instructions. I don't remember being asked about stimulus payments, but the final form indicates that I have a credit coming. I don't think this is correct. What did I miss?
