I own an LLC with a partner, each holding 50% shares. My partner wants to sign a contract to buy her out, where I give her some money and she transfers all her shares to me. I have two questions: 1. Is it okay to use an online notary service for this contract since she is leaving the USA and moving to China? 2. After signing the contract, do I have everything needed to change the shared bank account to my name and update the company registration?
