I gave all my files to a local accountant last month to file my 2021 taxes and never heard from the accountant. She does not return my text messages or phone calls, and the office is closed. What do I do now?

I am a resident of TX but due to being a military spouse, I currently live in NC with my spouse. We don't share the same domicile state; mine is TX while hers is FL. Next month, I will be moving to work in VA, and my employer gave me the Form VA-4. My question is whether I can check the box under the Military Spouses Residency Relief Act to certify that I'm not subject to VA withholding, or if I should not claim exemptions and file taxes as an out-of-state resident at the end of the year. Additionally, should I use my TX address, which I claim as my domicile, or the NC address where I'm currently staying until next month?
