I’m trying to access my online account but don’t have a credit card, mortgage, or any other required information. I believe I had an account years ago with a different email. Can you help me access it or change my email to verify if I had an account?

I have two sons, one aged 41 receiving disability benefits and the other aged 36 receiving SSI benefits. I claimed them both as dependents as they do not work and do not file tax returns. Should they file tax returns to be considered for stimulus checks, and will I have to stop claiming them as dependents in 2020?

I'm on Disability and was told to get the second stimulus payment, I needed to file tax forms for 2020. When I file, it asks me for AGI for 2019, which I didn't file because I had a $0.00 AGI. The programs I'm using won't let me complete the form to collect the $600.00 stimulus. What should I do?

I received a letter stating that I was claimed on another return for my 2018 tax return. I am a 70-year-old widower and made $46k that year. I also made $52k this year and filed as head of household. I have a 24-year-old son with Down's syndrome but no minor dependents. I did not receive my 2019 refund and was told to file an amended 2018 return. I am also concerned about not receiving my COVID stimulus money and have been advised to file my 2020 tax return to claim it as a tax credit. What should I do to resolve these issues?

I’m on SDI and have had confusing information about taxes. Is SDI considered income? For example, I receive about $13,000 yearly through SDI, resulting in under $12k yearly after health deductions. What is the income allowed to make in WI on SDI? Also, it seems you don’t need to file taxes if you don’t meet a certain threshold. What is that threshold? Lastly, I heard that you are allowed to earn $600 in WI before you have to report, but that is only $13,600, which is under the threshold to even have to file. So, I’m confused on how all of this works.
