It has been over a month since my federal tax return was filed and I still haven't received anything. The Where's My Refund Tool shows it's still processing. What should I do to get some information?

I never received my second stimulus money. When I filed my 2020 tax return, on line 30 (Recovery rebate credit) I was supposed to get $4600 added to my federal refund. I received my refund and it was short the $4600. No explanation and I can't find an answer on their site. Did I get a stimulus check last year? I got my first one, never received the second.

I did not receive the $600 or $1400 stimulus checks. I am an 84-year-old widow with an approximate income of $24,000, and I do not have to file taxes. When the first $1200 stimulus came, I received $2400, which I assumed was for my deceased husband. I did not use the extra $1200, thinking it would be taken back. Should I claim the $600 stimulus now, and how should I proceed?
