I have a question regarding the USDA's disaster set aside program/1099's. Specifically, I am trying to get clarity on the USDA's farm loan DSA IRA payments & the 1099-C's that come from that program. If I have multiple loans (real estate, operating, and equipment) and receive multiple 1099-C's, how should I allocate the canceled debt when entering it into my tax return?
