Is there any tax write-off for retiree senior citizens? I am 64, my spouse is 65, we have no dependents, and we received about $38,000 between us this year. We are married filing together and own a home. Additionally, my spouse received $9,907.20 and I received $17,409.00 from Social Security in 2020, with the remaining income coming from an annuity.

I sent my taxes in 10 weeks ago and nothing is showing up. Did you receive them? I am located in Erie, Pennsylvania, have 1 dependent, and filed as married filing jointly.

My mother claimed me as a dependent and received the 3rd stimulus money for me, but she didn't get double payment for the 1st & 2nd. How can I get that money?

When my husband divorced his first wife, the divorce decree stated she was to receive his military annuity, but neither of them notified the military within the year requirement. When he passed, the military would only give it to me. I have been giving 70 percent to his ex-wife for the last nine years. Can I take a deduction for what I give her, as I pay taxes on all of it?

I live in Pennsylvania and am trying to correctly fill out a 1099R form for my personal pension from a former company. The form's drop-down menu for designation includes options like 'traditional IRA over 59 1/2' and 'military pension', among others. I am unsure which designation to select for my personal pension, as leaving it blank results in owing a certain amount, while selecting 'pension' significantly increases the amount. How should I correctly designate my pension on the 1099R form?
