Last year I paid my taxes and I owe. I am currently located in Las Vegas, 64 years old, with no dependents. My typical filing status is not specified, but last year we made $56,000. Both of us collect Social Security, I have Military retirement, and state retirement from Illinois. Is there anything else the Accountant should know before I connect you?

I started my 2021 taxes on TurboTax but never submitted them. When doing my 2022 taxes, do I need to delete 2021? I'm trying to enter pension information, but TurboTax keeps asking about a 401k, which doesn't apply. Before entering any pension info, it says something is wrong with the information. Is it picking up last year's unfinished info? Additionally, my husband has a central states teamsters pension, and I have a state of MI pension income. Are these considered private source pensions or qualified public pensions?

Do I have to pay taxes on my social security income, and if so, how much could I owe? I am receiving my first social security payment in July and will be 65 in May. I thought it was tax-free, but I also earn an additional $21,000 per year, which is taxable.
