My ex-husband and I have 50/50 custody of two children, but he pays child support since he makes twice as much money. On our divorce decree, it says that he claims the older child and I claim the younger one. This year, my taxes got rejected since he claimed both kids on his taxes. He said that he entered one social for claiming the child and the other for claiming daycare he paid. I have been rejected twice after realizing he claimed the wrong child and then again because he added the other child's social as well. What should I do? This will cost me over $3500 if he gets away with it.
