My father, a retired US citizen living in Germany, did not pay taxes on his US Social Security income to the German system. What was their tax liability and what part of their annual Social Security income was exempt from German taxation? How much might my father owe in back taxes and penalties, and is it possible he may not owe anything due to an exemption amount under the US-Germany tax treaty?

I have a Business named D&R Technologies LLC based out of Anchorage, Alaska, with a Foreign Entity in Arizona. My company consists of me and my wife, and we handle all work. My questions are: 1) Do I need to file a yearly report for the Arizona Foreign Entity? 2) Am I required to get an Arizona Business License (TPT) and report all sales? 3) Since we moved to Buckeye, AZ, am I required to get a Buckeye Business License and report all income?
