My husband and I separated in 9/2022. I just found out he did not file our taxes for 2021. Our tax guy processed everything, but my husband won't return the signed copy of the form giving permission to e-file. I'm sure the fact that he signed my name on the return and he is trying to hide financial information from me is the cause. I am a stay-home mom/wife, so I have no income to show. What can I do about this?

Specifically, till what amount is there zero tax, and if I earn 150,000 USD per month or more, what taxes will I pay and how often should I provide reports?

My wife applied for a single member LLC in Oregon and paid the fee, but the name hasn't appeared on the Secretary of State's website. Can we still apply for an EIN at the IRS with the same name, and can we open a bank account for the LLC? Should I use our home address for the EIN application if our future business address will be different, and can I be the responsible party for the LLC if I am employed full-time elsewhere?

We are a UK-based video production company and our contractor from Germany is charging us German VAT. Is it correct for him to charge us VAT, and can we recover it since we are based in the UK and not registered for VAT in Germany?
