I am a treasurer for a PTO. Last year our 990-n was rejected because the form 1023 was not found under our EIN and organization. I just filed for the tax year 2011 but under the log it still says rejected under the 2010 tax year. How do I resubmit the 990-n for that year, and how do we change the treasurer's name to the new treasurer for the next school year?
