My mother passed away in 2019, and her taxes were done in July 2020. I am the Trustee of her Revocable Trust. The tax preparer forgot to include her 'Date of Death' and report 2019 as 'Final Return for Taxpayer' on form 1040, so he sent form 1040-X to state that information. As of 3/2/21, I have not received her Federal Tax Refund. I checked 'Where's My Amended Return' and was told to call them. When I called, I was eventually told they needed form 1310, which the tax preparer had already sent in. In reviewing my copy of form 1310, the preparer did not have me sign my copy. So, when I send them a copy of this, do I sign as 'Personal Representative' or 'Trustee' since she had a TRUST? Also, do I date it today's date, or the original date it was prepared?

I’m on social security and didn't receive a stimulus check. I am 69 years old, a widow, and my son claimed me as a dependent in the past, but not this year. How do I get my stimulus checks now?

I use TurboTax every year to file my business taxes for my window cleaning business. Last year, due to the coronavirus, business was slow, so I worked at Walmart for extra income. I received a W-2 from Walmart. Can I file this under extra income when I file my regular taxes using TurboTax, or should I take the W-2 to a Walmart tax place? If I can file together with my business, how do I indicate that I have already paid taxes on my Walmart income?

Is it OK to file a final 1120 if a PPP loan was still in the process of being forgiven by year-end? We're still waiting for final confirmation - but expect it will be 100% forgiven.
