My spouse gets RSUs from his employer which vests in February every year. His employer applied a flat rate of 22% in 2019, but he now claims to be in the 37% tax bracket. Should I pay him the difference for the 'less taxes withheld' by his employer, or did his employer correctly withhold taxes at the time of vesting based on his income from January through February?
