We did not receive the second Economic Impact Payment. Our mail has not been arriving on time. We received Notice 1444-B dated February 5, 2021, last week at our Florida address. We are in the process of changing our address and some of our mail has been lost. Did we miss any steps to receive the payment, and what should we do now?
