As a sole member of an LLC hired as the Manager of a service business, would I be able to deduct all expenses including mileage, equipment cost, supplies, etc., on my LLC tax business return?

I am in the process of getting my green card and have a work permit. I recently opened my first bank account in the US and have an LLC here. I am being asked to submit a tax form by an affiliate company, but I'm unsure which one to use. The options are W-8BEN for non-US individuals, W-8BEN-E for non-US corporations, and W9 for US individuals/entities. I am currently living in the US and have a US address, but I am not a US resident yet. Which form should I fill out, and will filling out the W-8BEN with my US address affect my status or require me to declare income in Mexico?

What would be the consequences for tax reporting if I update my LLC in Alabama to a Series LLC with 3 cells? Specifically, would I have to fill different state business privilege and tax returns for each cell, mention the cells in the 1120 form, handle NR40 and NR1040 differently, need separate EINs for each cell, and will there be any other consequences on filling my tax report?

I am behind on property taxes and on an owner finance contract. The old owner is demanding payment by December 15th, but the tax office says I have until June 2024. Can she take control of the property if I don't pay by December 15th?
