I lost my 2020 tax refund check. I sent the information and tracked it, and it was delivered on November 2, 2021, to Kansas City, MO. I am 73 years old, single, and sent in the paperwork along with a Taxpayer Statement. What should I do to trace the lost check?

My 2021 Federal return has been rejected three times since 4/18/22 due to errors in the AGI (Line 11) on our 2020 return not matching what the IRS has on file, and the absence of a Form 8962 or ACA explanation. We did not receive a Form 1095-A because we did not purchase health insurance from the ACA Marketplace. How can I resolve these issues and successfully file my return?
