Our company is a 501c3 organization that sells token currency to users. The tokens cannot be sold unless from the owners' wallets, and a percentage of tokens are converted into USD and donated to specific charities at the end of the year. Users receive a receipt for the donated amount, which is divided by the amount of coins held. Can this model work for a USA-based company tax-wise?
