Please provide the status of my deceased mother's 2018 tax return. Her social security number is and the refund amount is $2,000. The tax return was filed in 2018 electronically, and Form 1310 was prepared and sent by the accountant. We have tried contacting the IRS but without any resolution.

I have a small business LLC filing as a partnership. I have a solo 401k, Roth 401k with Vanguard, along with SEP IRAs, regular IRAs, and Roth IRAs. I file Form 5500-EZ by the end of July each year. This year, I filed on July 23rd, but received a letter from the IRS stating I late filed and didn't file Form SB. They also assessed a penalty. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I recently inherited a property in Israel valued under $100k and am about to sell it. Since this property is inherited and I don't own any other property, I was requested to bring evidence from the IRS that I don't own a home in the U.S to avoid paying unnecessary taxes on this property inheritance.
