The IRS website indicates that my refund was sent to my bank account on 4/11/22, but the deposit is not showing in my account. My credit union ran a report and still doesn't show the deposit. Hello. I did my I.D. Me verification online for my state refund that was reversed for 2019. My refund for 2019 was reversed because I moved and the post office forgot to change my address, causing my 2019 and 2020 tax returns to be turned around. The lady I talked to guided me to verify my identity online, which I did, and now I need to change my address for my 2020 refund so they can send it back to me. Which tax year is the refund for, and what steps should I take to resolve this issue?
