We filed our 2020 income taxes on February 7, 2020, and received a rejection letter stating that one of our grandchildren has already been claimed. We have had custody of all three since 2016 and have sent all legal court papers to the IRS in 2016. We cannot reach anyone at the IRS to determine what needs to be done. We could really use that tax return, and we believe this issue may have affected our second stimulus payment. What should we do?
