I need to change my mailing address with Social Security. When I applied for Social Security, it was through some other process, not online. I haven't tried logging into an account because I'm not sure if I have one. I do have access to the email, but I'm not sure if it's associated with a Social Security account. Is there a way to change my address without creating an account, or should I create one? Also, is it possible to speak to a real person at Social Security, and if so, will it cost me $52.00 for a phone call?
