We submitted several years of tax returns in October 2020 and again in January/February 2021, but haven't received any response and got a notice to file 2017 returns, which we already submitted. We can't reach anyone at the IRS and they always hang up on us due to high call volumes. Do we need to resend our returns for the third time?
