I want to dissolve my 2-member partnership LLC this month. Do I have to file the final return within 3 months after filing the dissolution with the state? I usually file Form 1065, K1, and my personal 1040 by March 15 each year. If I file the dissolution on August 1, do I need to file the final 1065 and K1 by October 15, and can I hold the K1 to file it with my personal 1040 next March?

I received a letter from the IRS stating they made an error and I would receive a $1,092.00 refund in 4-6 weeks. The notice date was May 9, 2022. Is this notice valid, and how long should I realistically expect to wait for the refund?

I mailed my federal tax return, but I didn't get my refund. I prepared my return through TurboTax, which advised me to mail it due to a mismatch in my last year's AGI. It has been three months since my return was mailed, and my IRS account says my 2021 tax return is not processed. What should I do next?
