Why doesn't the TurboTax Home and Office software prepare an IRS Schedule 3 showing a foreign tax credit of $325, when the foreign tax paid on line 7 of my 1099-Div is about $325, and the foreign income from these dividends is about $5000? Additionally, why doesn't the system show a carryover to 2021 of the unused credit, even though my taxable income and FIT are insufficient to take the credit?
