I am a Ukrainian living in Georgia (country) and a Georgian bank account holder and registered Individual Entrepreneur. I am starting an online POD business in the USA and am confused about which states I have to charge my customers sales tax. I have read about Nexus states. I work with Printful, who fulfills my orders. Do I have to collect sales tax only in Nexus states where Printful has a presence? Additionally, do I have to pay any other taxes to the US government if I live in Georgia and am registered as an individual entrepreneur, paying taxes to the Georgian government? My products target the US market and will generate income from the US.

We have been renting our house for 15 years and now have the option to buy it for $240,000. The current market value is between $280,000 and $300,000. We have also found a nice condo for $175,000. Are we throwing away $40,000 in immediate equity by not buying the house, or would we be better off with the condo?

I recently retired and have earned a federal pension. I took a position with another employer in CA, but my spouse remains in Illinois and is maintaining the house and supporting my two daughters using my pension. I am in CA and have established my residency there, but my spouse remains in Illinois as a resident. Both my new employer salary and federal pension have been taxed in CA. However, I never see the pension since it is being used to maintain the Illinois family and residence. Can that pension or any portion be considered Illinois, rather than CA, income?
