When I took a Disaster Distribution from my 457 Deferred Comp account in 2020, I had the option of paying the tax on it all in 2020 or spreading it across 3 years. Is that correct, and if I paid it all in 2020, do I still need to report it on my 2022 taxes?

What are the monthly due dates for tax installments, and if the tax return was paid in full, can these installments be disregarded? If only some of the 2022 tax amount is paid, what should be the next step, and should I continue making voucher payments for the estimated tax for 2023 alongside paying the remaining tax due for 2022?

I need copies of my 1040 tax returns for the years 2021-2022 and 2023. I was sick and disabled, having had a stroke and being in a coma for 2 1/2 months, followed by blindness for a month, home care, and then rehab for another 2 1/2 months. I never did my taxes during that time and am now trying to catch up. How can I obtain these copies?
