My daughter received a CP12 form from the IRS indicating an error on her tax return where she mistakenly checked a box stating she does not live in the country for more than 6 months a year, resulting in the loss of her child care credit. She has been unable to reach the IRS by phone and has lost the form with the address to correct the error. How can she correct this error and where can she find the address to submit the correction?
