Do we have to pay for this service? I am located in Cameron, Texas, aged 41 with three dependents. My typical filing status is head of household. I filed my taxes on February 19, which got accepted the same day, but the status bar disappeared, and it's been 56 days with no update. Tax advocates say it was an error status, but now they can't locate my return. I'm a struggling single parent since my kids' father died of COVID on March 29.
