We are considering applying for a PPP 2 loan. Our restaurant lost money in 2020 but may be fine if our PPP 1 loan is forgiven. We are currently operating at 50% capacity and have started to make a profit, but we are unsure about the necessity certification for PPP 2, especially if we have to shut down again due to COVID-19. How do we certify the necessity for PPP 2, and what are the implications if we continue to make a profit?

I was checking the status of my second stimulus check and it said my first check went to a card ending in 7196 and my second check would be mailed to the address on file. Problem is I don't own a card ending in those last four numbers so I'm wondering if the address they have for me is wrong. What should I do?
