Will the Disability Determination Office in my state deny my application for Disability if I told my doctor I was doing well? I have evidence from several different hospitals of my diagnosis of schizophrenia and having hallucinations but I was unsure on whether or not they would approve me. Could you help me?

I paid H&R Block out of pocket to do my taxes a few years back when I was with my ex-girlfriend. We filed jointly, claimed all three children, and used the injured spouse form, which H&R Block guaranteed would result in a $16,000 refund. However, the injured spouse form was not filed, and the refund was applied to her debt. How can I go about getting my $16,000 back, considering the only mistake was the injured spouse form not being filed?

If I contribute stocks to my Delaware LLC based on their fair market value (FMV) and later transfer them back to my personal account, will this be considered a distribution valued based on the stock price at the time of the distribution? How should I report the price difference between the distribution and the contribution on the K-1, specifically on the line for 'other increase (decrease)'?
