I have not submitted an IRS tax form (1040) since 2016. I would like to talk with someone and 'come clean'. Can you help me? Additionally, I went through Hurricane Michael in October 2018, have all the receipts but don't know how to file. I also sold a rental house in December 2018 after hurricane repairs and used that money to repair my home. I don't know how to claim or what.
