Can you help me identify the mark on the back of this Wedgwood brooch? It looks like OPCO and then 10k. The brooch is 1 and one-eighths inches long. When would you date it, and how would you value it? (I haven't cleaned it yet)

My father bought me a small Limoges butterfly when he traveled in the 1960s. It is stamped with 'Limoges France' and is about 2 inches in size with a white base and a scene painted on each wing, outlined in gold. What is the value of this piece and how can I sell it close to its estimated retail value?

I have a book titled 'Navigator The Monongahela, Allegheny, Ohio and Mississippi Rivers' dated 1814, eighth edition. The book is complete with 360 pages and several maps, but the front cover is missing. All pages are readable. The book is a family piece with handwritten script dated 1781. I have a Prince Regent China piece with Bavaria on the bottom and the Prince Regent marking with a circle, a crown, and the letters L/D & B/C.
