I have my grandmother's sofa that they purchased in the 1930s or 1940s. I believe it might be a Duncan Phyfe, but I'm not sure. It has carved legs and arm inserts of dark wood, and it's currently covered in gold-colored fabric, which was redone in approximately 1990. Originally, it was in medium green fabric. I also have a chair purchased at the same time with the same design and fabric, which was also redone at the same time. How can I find out more about it and its value?
