Looking for any insight into the make, era, pattern, etc. on this finger loop candlestick holder. It appears to be china or porcelain, but there are no markings.

I am trying to determine the value of a porcelain sculpture acquired by my father and stepmother years ago. It looks like a Lladro but does not have that mark. The mark on the bottom is very small and is a 4 pronged crown over a stylized 'N'. How can I get it valued?
