Hello, I came upon this 6 piece set of leather riveted rings that seem to be hand-cut and painted. They are approximately 1.75" tall x 1.5" across. I think they are napkin holders, but I'm not quite sure. They are riveted, and 1 of the 6 has indiscernible markings, possibly from old age or wear and tear, even though they are in fine condition. Any and all info would be greatly helpful. Thank you in advance.
