Hi Doris - This White Majolica Pitcher is similar to many others I've seen of the same mold, however, all of the others are the usual brightly colored typical of Majolica. This pitcher is white with a blue wash and light turquoise interior. It stands 8-5/8" H and is 8-1/8" W (spout to handle) and 3-5-8" D(across top). The width at the widest point across the middle is about 6". The bottom has a matte finish which does not appear to be glazed. What can you tell me about this piece--age, is it Majolica, and value?

I have a doll that belonged to my mother, who was born in 1924. The doll has wooden arms and legs, some hair attached to cloth, and I have her outfit and shoes. I would like to know what the doll is worth or if she is too old.

I have an autobiography of Samuel C.G. Watkins D.D.S., compiled in 1933, which is large, dedicated to his daughter, signed, and includes family pictures, newspaper articles, and memoirs. It's about five to six inches thick. I know he was a significant figure in the dentistry community and created several organizations related to dentistry. What is the value of this autobiography, and where can I sell it?
